BTW in case you cant tell the one on the far right still is good.

My guess is when I had the rebound dampening wrong the top out spring was taking one 
hell of a beating and going into coil bind, I think I have that problem solved now by changing
the valve stacks and switching to a 15 weight oil.

The floating piston had a O ring to seal and a guide seal that helps keep the 
piston running square in the bore of the cylinder.

Update: the volume of these reservoir's was small so I installed a larger set from Fox (8" long)
for more oil volume.
