Well it's clutch week this week in my shop.
Today was the repair of the busted driven shiv.
This one got broke when I was doing the speed tests at the airport and trying to figure out the estimated 0 to 60 mph times of each machine.
I have several pieces of brass, copper etc in my junk box and made a crude jig. Then made a profile gauge out of a piece of brass and shaped it using a die grinder and files.
Tomorrow will be the 94c repair and then a special job. Plan on making a Salsbury/Powerbloc clutch
.
