I think i read on one of these boards or somewhere that a '73-'74 CR250 cylinder and head will bolt up to a fl250 bottom end. I also read that i would need the carb manifold what about the exhaust system and anyother possible problem. And do you think that the power gain ?? would be worth the effort.

What other modifications have you done to the 250 you want to install the head on?

I would be looking for a CR250 cylinder, head intake manifold to install if I were looking for more power... You been watching Ebay for these items?

the fl250 motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) is completely stock including the exhaust. So if i replace the jug head and carb what kind of power increase could i expect?? And what do you think a reasonable cost should be
