:-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Finally after much tinkering, a few choice words, and the correction of a electronic gremlin the 670 Rotax is alive and making noise (much much noise)...

So now I only have a couple of details to work out...

These are sealed Carbs that Jet Skiis use. Anyone have any experense with these ?
I've been doing a lot of research and I believe I have a good starting point.

Currently I don't have any and it's LOUD...
Anyone know where to get a good aftermarket silencer

I have yet to get behind the wheel and see what she can do - But so far it looks very promising...

Yea, Yea - Pictures to follow...

Later
FL670R (formally dennis)

:-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Really, your using the butterfly style jetski carbs? They adjust easily, you have a hi speed adjustment and a low speed adjustment. they overlap in the middle about 1/4%. I can scan my jet ski manual with a similar carb (kawi 650) to get you an idea of what to expect.
After listening to Gottarides pilot and Big Toms pilot with the fmf tQ-2 silencer, I'd sugest a set of them. They quieted the pilot fairly well.

I am glad to see you have it running that thing should rock, when I seen the 670 I had a pretty good idea who you were hehe

How about modifying that canister muffler you had and using that while your doing the testing then like dhjunkie said go with the quieter fmf tQ-2 silencer's in the future...
