I took the
Wood carved lake maps of Area PDF and overlaid the map in Google Earth then traced around the boundary then created a
GPX file that can be loaded in your GPS.
What this will do is show you about where the boundary is in your GPS then as you approach the Lake Mead Recreational Area boundary you can tell your getting close if your on a established trail as you get closer you should start seeing signs in the real world, I have no clue of the accuracy so you will have to experiment they have some hefty fines if you go beyond the boundary with a OHV use at your own risk.
