Merry Christmas everyone.
It's 5'C - 41'F here on the west coast of Canada. No snow yet at my house -- rats !
You guys down under can keep that 100'F Bug. I don't do well in that kind of heat.
On the other hand I did have a job many years ago in northern Alberta near the Northwest Territories and it was -40'F in the winter. Worked up there for two years and then a management change and everyone pulled the pin. In 4 months the worlds largest OSB went under. No tradesman left. Great job, great boss, great crew while it lasted.
That is a bit cold though. Believe it or not it was difficult to breath because your nose is moist and it freezes together so you have to put your glove over your mouth and nose or a scarf. A few other stories like that.

File comment: When I worked in High Level Alberta a town big shot owned all the hotels there.
He named them after Las Vegas casinos.
Outside on the Flamingo was a thermometer on the sign. This was mid day in the winter up there. Note how dark it is at mid day. In the winter there is no daylight and in the summer it never gets dark.

I was wondering what you meant by the worlds largest osb, but then the pictures explained it.
