I don't know much about these things, but doing a quick read on some reviews, it appears that you might want to get the one with a v222 board, 6 axis rather than 4 axis, more stable? I may order one for myself so if anyone else is researching into these please post your findings.

Yeah it's probably better But I don't want to spend that much money. I would hate to spend a lot of money on one then crash it. I am fine with the one I and getting, maybe one day in the future I will upgrade

Let me know how you like it. I might get one.

the upgrade looks to be in the same price range, but I only saw them available from China, makes returns more difficult if you have a problem :(

looked on youtube, seems people are having problems with the control boards shorting out. I would rather buy a hobby shop one where you can get parts faster and the build is better quality. I have learned my lesson with RC stuff, if you buy cheap you break all the time. The RC car that I race is a $500 car, and that is a cheaper one! If I get a quadcopter, it will be a good one.

I'm on the other side of this, I'd like a good one but if I crash it and break it I'd rather trash a $70 unit than a $500, just thinking of an entry level toy is all but I will do some research before buying to see what the reviews are.

Took quad out for first flight today at local school. Was easier to fly than remote heli and more stable.Still need a lot more time flying to feel comfortable. These things are so light that there practically needs to be no wind at all.Someday would like to upgrade to one that can cut that wind

Lol ready to upgrade already? That RC stuff. I wish I had all the money I've spent on that hobby in my lifetime. Fun but you can spend a fortune. Stock stuff sucks!
