I figured I would start a new post for this series. I talked to the promoter today and he will work with us to find a class to run with the UTV's. You will need basic safety equipment, 5 Point Harness, Window Nets, Helmet, one piece firesuit, Fire extinguisher. Here is the schedule.

•Rd 8- Oct 11, 12, 13 & 14th Rattlesnake, Colton, CA. **GP Format**

Is anyone else going to try to make the July 8th race? I will be in Salt Lake City the Pala weekend but have nothing for the July and Sep races.

would love to race the ody.. im still working on my brakes.... need to have it stop some time... need nets, any suggestions...

I have no idea where to find Odyssey nets. PRP will make them from a cardboard template.

shoubadaba,thanks for the offer... now having issues with my feet...sounds lame (b een in a chair for 30 yrs) wife wont let be go any where right now...going to have to take of my feet before i can go riding,,, will continue to work on the ody,, heard there is a race in vegas/primm i better be ready for that one....

Here is the post from Facebook on Practice and Pre Race Tech schedules.

Pre-race tech is Triumph Motorsports which will be on hand Sunday Morning at 630am. Practice for all vehicles starts at 9am with UTVs first on the list going for 15min. If you arrive saturday UTV practice is 12-1230 and 1:15-1:30.

No videos. yet. Steve Wheels might have one from the second Moto. I broke an axle in the first race, the other pilot wouldn't start for the second race and steve rolled in the first race but kept going and stalled half way through the second race. Rough day for us. The track was fun but to narrow to pass so we got stuck behind a RZRs and couldnt get by.

Round 5 is coming up at Racetown 395 in Adelanto Aug 19th.

Round 6 is coming on Sep 2nd. Labor day weekend. The promoter says that in registration and when in your pit he will recommend that you have a fire suit but you will not be turned awy for not having one. I would recommend at least a long sleeve cotton shirt and jeans. I know a lot of you wear Motorcycle gear but that is so flamable and will just melt to your skin so Cotton is safer.

I went online at Ebay and bought the blue nets for the back and took them to a upholstery shop to add the groments. I paid $20 buck for the netting and $10 to have the gromments put in.

Round 7 is coming up. Rd 7- Sept 23rd Cahuilla Creek, Anza, CA. I cant make this one but hopefully we get a buggy or 2 to keep a class going. Also the promoter is willing to Rent Milestone for us for another Stadium Lite Championship with UTVs also to get car count up which gets our cost down. We will run Seperate if we have enough cars.
