Here she is. I had to rig up a fuel source since my pump is not working after my rebuild. Mikuni on it's way.

This is it's first start and run, so what do you all think of the Carb settings? Rich or Lean or just right? This is my first 2-stroke motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )).

The only way to tell rich or lean is to check the plug. You want a light brown color.

Get your fuel pump and fuel system all sorted out before you start jetting.

Give this a read http://www.pilotodyssey.com/BillGivensjetting.htm

Then this one http://www.pilotodyssey.com/PO/viewtopic.php?t=870

Another good one with illustrations http://www.pilotodyssey.com/carbtuning.htm

Looks and sounds nice. Good job.

Missing a spring on the pipe. I did what Hoser does with the orange silicon sealer and it sealed it perfect. Rode a whole weekend and no black oil sputter out the exhaust header. Very happy with the results.

I have not seen your build yet. Can you post some pics on the whole car or walk around vid?

Is there another one on the bottom? I have a new exhaust ring and gasket in there.

Nope just two on top. If you look at the bracket it has two holes for springs. And one spot on the pipe. Just run another one from the pipe over to the other side of the bracket.
