I have placed an order for 31 FL400 Tuff Belts. EDIT - they shipped 22 belts. The order should take 2 or 3 weeks to arrive.

Unfortunately the price has gone up. The selling price should be around $60.00 each plus shipping. EDIT - the price is $50.00 each plus shipping. I will confirm the final price once the order is processed.

These will be shipped USPS flat rate box.

If you are interested please reply to this thread and send me a PM.

These are made by the same company that made the FL400 Tuff belts that have been sold in the past.

Payment through paypal (buyer pays any paypal fees) or you can send me a money order.

We'll see if the demand is still there. Hell I may be stuck with a lot of belts.

I hope for your sake it is but I never had a problem with belts on the 3 Pilots I owned, but then again I didnt use them as much as I should.I did have one belt break out at the dunes once, and that's probably wear they would get the most abuse.
This Polaris Ace I own now I already broke one and it got lodged behind the clutch and shut the Engine down,it sucked! And a new quality belt is 120 bucks!

I’m hoping to take delivery of a couple of Pilots soon so I may be in the market for a couple of belts. I’ll let you know once I (hopefully) get them.
Thanks

The best shipping I can find is medium flat fate box for $15.05.

I believe I can fit up to 6 belts in one box.

PM me your quantity with shipping address.

My paypal is rmesserii@comcast.net

Would you please measure the actual circumference of these belts? I may take 2. I have an Oe factory Mitsuboshi I can measure to compare, also a Dayco 2003 and Dayco 2020

sure - I will measure. These are the same Tuff belts that Marv sold and Afastcar sold - exact same part number. These belts have been proven.

I just want to be clear that its not like i did something special here. I just ordered the same part from the same place and fronted some money. And I get the joy of shipping them to the FL400 community. :-)

I don't even need any belts right now - I still have my stash from other group buys.

Rich another way is to stand up the belt like a wheel and mark both the belt and surface at 6 oclock to roll one full revolution when the belt mark is back to 6 oclock and measure the flat surface distance...make sense?

I'd buy one but I have 2x OEM belts for Thing1. Then FrankenThing2 w/ Rotax needs a 39.5" belt. Dayco XTX2244 is the best I found for it which is probably -ok-. Tuff wants about $1500 for a run of their version for my single machine.

Got my belts, they look great.

I have not heard from Kenny about his but I will let you know as soon as I do.

Thank you very much for doing this Rich, these are the only belts I trust when racing, all the others just do not hold up.

Have a great day.

Still have 8 belts for sale. If there is no more interest here, I guess I will list them on Facebook.
