Hello All Hoser wanted me to rebuild cranks so I thought I would have a go at it Started out with a lightly used punching die set I had laying around, going to turn it into a two stroke crankshaft rebuilding tool so I can rebuild 2 stroke crankshafts Thanks For Looking SpeedChaser

Added risers to add weight to the bottom shoe and add strength next up risers for top shoe and mount for press then start on bushing for locating the cranks

About time ! I know of 3-4 FL350 cranks that need rebuilt! I have 2 Pilot cranks you can do! I have one TRX250R crank you can do! I have one 83 ATC250R crank you can do possibly a second one of the same year I bet I know of 3-4 other Pilot cranks that need done! When you get those all done I have a crank out of a 1979 440 ROTAX you can do its a twin cylinder a little more tricky requires a different jig. |

you are the man speed. I have some cranks as well. question though, are the crank parts for 350s still easy to get? theres an aftermarket kit on ebay now, but I don't know if its really necessary to replace the rod? I have some dead cranks laying around from various bikes I can send your way if you just want something to practice with. |

Last I looked Vesrah was looking for dealers, might pay to check with PRO-X and see if they will make you a dealer? |
