Put a pressure gauge on that fuel pump to see what it pushes. If its over 1psi then the carb is going to overflow without a bleed line back to the tank as the needle valve and float is not designed for more than that. Ask me how I know.

If you are running a Mikuni carb you can change out the needle/seat for a smaller one which will help with overflowing. Keihin - your SOL and cant change the needle/seat.

I'd love to do a pressure test if I can locate a gauge that will measure that low. I know this pump works and works well on my buddies 350 with the stock carb.
Just hook it up to the carb and see if it overpowers the float valve. If the carb was designed to use a pump, I think the float valve should be good for at least 3 psi.

My guys got some color and clear on the body panels earlier this week. Spent the morning getting them installed. Turned out pretty cool.

Just realized I have no reason not to put the mirrors and tool box on it now. :-)

Thanks! Took a little love to get them to fit and look good but they turned out pretty well. Running soon I hope. Praying to be released from the gigantic brace on my leg next week when I see the Ortho doctor. Will get serious about making it run as soon as I can actually get in and out of the thing.

That thing looks awesome! As awesome as it looks though, I'm thinking it might look even better with some stickers? Maybe?

I don't know, I'm torn..lol Part of me thinks it could ruin the whole look..lol

P.S Don't rush it with the knee, odysseys are pretty cramped, and they kind of force you to brace yourself with your legs..

I have every single decal for the plastic and chassis. We've been taking with a local guy that does some amazing decal work on dirt bikes, RZR's etc... about ideas I have so it will have decals but likely something a bit different than the stock decals for the plastics.

Thanks. I've saved a ton of pictures. I'm sure we'll come up with something. I want to do something different but keep it tasteful.

Working on a little wiring. I very much dislike wiring but obviously a necessary evil. 4 weather tight relays powering the light bars, cooling fan and water pump. Finally figured out to put them on a piece of aluminum angle using the seat belt bolt that also hold the lower rad mount. Used heat shrink bullets to connect to the light triggers. Also heat shrink eyelets and butt connectors with solder. Insulated spades to the components. Did twisted pairs of wires for the triggers and such. Doesn't look too bad once I got the loom on it. Still a couple of loose ends...literally but mostly there.

I must be missing something here.
I don't see any seat belts or wrist restraints in it yet and you mounted the relays on the tabs for the seat belts.

Wrist restraints are in it. Belts will be once the Engine is in so I can install the seat. Belts pass thru the RZR seat so they have to be installed when the seat goes in.

May be too late. The relay pack should be the other way around (180 degrees) flip it wire down, this way it sheds water. It will seep into relay and impact the relays resistance values on the coil and contact's over time.
High resistance will reduce voltage or add voltage drop across the contacts and cause the coils to over heat which lead to failure or intermittent operation. Yes I'm at the lake and an electrician.
If a trailer queen don't worry about it. Looks very very good.

No it's not.
That's what holds the side (nerf) bar on.

Not going to be a trailer queen but don't think water will be much of an issue. These are water proof relays and given where they are mounted they should not ever see much water. I have dielectric grease on all the seals as well.
