So I got the clutch swapped over. The brake rotors is bent pretty good from before and also from me prying the driven off and slipping. Any ideas for a rotor and the hardware to hold it on? Rightnow I have the piece that was holding it cut down as a spacer but it shakes alot.

Try this site. I have found the rotors for my buggies on this page as well as the master cylinders and rebuild kits.

Don't use it if it's vibrating shaking.Clearly something wrong and out of balance.Have you checked the clutches for offset and parallelism?
Just by looking at your rear clutch pics it looks like your clutches are not in correct offset plus not in correct parallelism.Even your belt edges are curled up are a result
All telltale signs.Have you run straight edges off the clutch rears to check for parallelism? Also do allround as in X Y Z axis.

The belt is the one that came with it when I got it and it's beat up bad and not the exact size, the belt that came with the clutches it's way to short.... And your not ganna like it but I eye balled everything. I'm going to my local snowmobile shop the owner is very interested in helping me get it right I'm hoping he can get me a better belt and set everything up properly. As for the brake the hub of the brake is bent and it has alot of runout I put it on the lathe at work and it looks ok but on the machine it's moves around a fair amount. The shaft is 3/4 and I'm having a hard time finding something to work
