This drawing for the adjustable upper arm is setup to be used with 1/2 heims, I also posted the drawing for the heim spacers to go along with it, the same heim spacers are used on the front arms as well so in total you will need 20x of these if you are doing front and rear suspensions. The measurement for the links in the pic is the length of link without the rod ends, I use 1/2 rod ends on these as well. Axle length with this setup is 20 inches end to end. |

In this pic you can see how I did the upper arm, can be built how you want just respect the location of the balljoint and the radius for shock clearance.

Well you don't get more stand up than this guy Emmanuel. Here he is posting all of his drawings. I think Emmanuel knows one important thing that most here may not know --- he knows that almost no one has the tooling or skills to build this stuff. Also I wonder how many bent suspension pipes he threw in the garbage before he got it right. I know that when I build stuff in my shop for the oddys I throw a few prototypes in the garbage before I get it right --- the homemade intakes and Engine mounts are an example. Almost no one here has a pipe bender in their shop and without that you're ded. Plus the skills to run it. Unfortunately we have lost another very skilled fabricator and parts supplier. We have lost Methodical and speedchaser just to name two more. They don't show up anymore. I guess we are all just getting old now. Best of luck in the future to you Emmanuel. It's been a lot fun reading about your stuff here. CO |

this is so great of you to share. thanks you for that I do have a pipe bender and I have used it, I may not be as good as meth or speed, but I can get myself around fairly good..I wish I had a lathe or a mini mill, that would be kick ass |

I think Emmanuel can still cut you an axle if needed. He offered me a few months back, said when I break a shaft let him know. Best message him through Facebook. No guarantee. He did sell a bunch of lengthened axles thru eBay a few months ago. |
