Bugpac,

If you can't find anyone to weld your tank for you, I will. But shipping won't be cheep. I live in Alaska, you probably could find a shop close to you that will weld it.

If you want to check shipping my zip code is 99507

ok, g tank is done, basicly i took a 8x16 canter fill, cut out the generic setup for the gas cap, steel ring divot set in short tube, leaky mo fo from what i remeber of last one i had, welded the sump in the hole, cut a new hole and installed o ring threaded cap on end, using original outlet for roll over vent.....machined part is from the fuel housing protodie made for me, i lathed it round, and the tube is 5" .120 wall, it goes into the tank about 3" i cut slots on each side, thinking this will act as a baffle, plan to fill with fuel cell foam i hope....

Rear deive is complete less the axles, cv joints are good, got shocks, radiator is mounted, header is on in need of completion to the rear, right now i am after some pedals, aluminum for the floor and fire wall...it starts and runs currently, i have to lengthen some of the wire harness to get to dash and route the wireing in the Engine compartment, i havent made the dash yet as i am waiting to see what gauges etc i will use...I have been waiting for about 2 weeks for a buggy board member to design the front suspension via cad, obviously its not gonna happen anytime soon, so im probbaly going to get out the paper and drafting tools...also getting some 14" itp terra cross tires, should get them monday or tuesday, now that i actullay have a few extra bux ill be able to make some good progress in next 2 3 weeks...ill post some pics later....
