This is my wife’s new pilot. With the following options
Long travel kit
Fox shocks
Power steering
Modified cage
Foot controls
Custom made tins
Motor-FL400 with the 500 top end

Now my plans for this machine are to install a sled 4-stroke power plant. I plan on purchasing a 2007 Phazer 500 to use as a donor. Are there any sled guru's on the board? Is the Phazer 500 the most powerful 4-stroke 2 cylinder? Please let me know. Most of the Fab work will be done by Jay at Desert dog off road in fountain hills Arizona. I plan on keeping the power steering to make life easier on my wife. I’m considering either an electric pump or an ATV power steering set up. I don’t like the idea of the pulley driven unit robbing horse power from the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )). More to come

Who did all the case work for the 500 jug?
What are the tabs that look to be under the head?

There is a thread over on http://www.minibuggy.net/forum/ about a phazer install.

I rather have the fenders myself but I get into mud from time to time lol

Slickrick don't discard that fuelsafe bladder back in the 90's I priced one of them so I could comply with the SODA race rules they quoted me 700.00 to make one, any idea how many gallons that one is?

I plan on selling the tins to help by new plastics. The fuel bladder is discolored but still has some life left in it. It holds a total of 2.5 gallons.
The case work was done by ATV racing; port work was done by Jimmy Yokum. Jim did a lot of work on the Natures recipe cars back in the day.

At least this project already came in pieces so you don't have to tear down a perfectly good running buggy once again :-)

The link for a phazer manual is in this thread, Engine runs strong in the sled, just too many little issues have driven the price down on these.

What kindd of issues???
