Shoubadaba said he stayed up until 1am this morning working on the pilot and has it almost as a full roller. Big thanks to him on the project for sure!

Rusty is what you call a friend, I use to have one exactly like him you would not believe the projects we use to get ourself into but he got married then she moved him to Tennessee never see him any more :-( My son is slowly filling his shoes :-)

Nice to know your next gen. is interested. at what age did it blossom? My boys are 14 & 12 and they rarely step foot in the shop.

Yeah, I cant thank shoubadaba enough, he is a true friend. And yeah, I think it is more to satisfy his "pilot addiction" LOL

I have a nice gift in mind. He did the same for Turtle-D (although not quite as extensive as this project) and he hooked him up with his nice shiny HID's (or as I call them, HID's NUTS! LOL)

Cant wait to get the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) back in and fire it up, going to be awesome at Dumont runnin this bad boy!

Was up late last night working on the pilot. Got lots done. Will take more pics of the process. It is now basically just reassembly. I still need the shocks gone through, but the first trip will have to be without.

Yeah, with working late like that I am sure I didnt tighten everything like it should be. I was up late last night as well working on the pilot. I should be able to finish it up tonight just in time for the Dumont trip. Lets see, still have to...
clean/rebuild carb, check jetting, install
install air elbow, filter, lid, prefilter
install radiator, fan, shroud, fill with coolant
install exhaust
install seat and belts
get new fender
do my HID conversion
make plugs for whip light
swap tires around
adjust a few things here and there and that should be it.

Well, it is mostly done. Just need to button up a few little things here and there, going to have a new/used fender for it today when we meet up at DUMONT!!!!!!!! Will have pics to post up of it later. I didnt take any pics the last few days, I know I am breaking some sort of rule here, but I've been super busy.
