Looks a nice job I was trying ma shroud in place without trimming it but a thing the rad would end up too low and not achieving much then! It's a wee bit of a thought chopping the original mount out and welding in a new bar but a suppose ad rather loose some originality for the sake of keeping the
Engine temps down
FYI If your moving your radiator because you think your going to gain some kind of advantage of it cooling your Engine better your wrong, first if the cooling system is ok and up to snuff your Pilot will never over heat even if you double the HP of the Pilot Engine and leave the radiator in the stock location and it will not over heat.
You can omit the red plastic guard from the radiator if you relocate it, it will cool just fine.
My full mod Pilot running up 500-700' tall sand hills never over heated with the radiator in the stock location not sure how you could load the cooling system up any more than long steep sand hills.
If you never plan on locating your radiator back to the stock location you can go ahead and trim up your plastic to fit because it will never matter, you also can weld your radiator mounts too the frame, keep in mind stock Pilot parts have the highest resale value, personalized and modified parts usually have the lowest resale value.
Cool part about relocating your radiator
