You will need FL250 J-arms, spindles, hubs and shocks if you want to go with a stock front end.
example....

Search ebay for fl250 j arm. all kinda hits. Be careful buying used this stuff is getting old.
The J arms have a inner and a outer bushing in the short round tube that goes over the round tube on the frame and buying used the bsuhings could be worn out. also ther is a king pin that connects the spinlde to the j arm. Most of the king pins have wear and there are bushings in the spindle were the king pin goes. then there is the hud that the wheel bolts to it has bearings that ride on the spindle and most of the time the bearings are shot.
clymer make a pretty good manual for the fl 250 lot of pictures.
and I have not even mentioned all the steering compnents.
Don't let it over whelm you. i'm not sure what you goal is but honda make a pretty tough front end on th fl250. Just need to keep it greased weel.
