Canadian Ody swears by the use of Av Gas.

I (Randman) like to argue with him and tell him it's not needed. This discussion has been going on for years! I miss the old days!

So AVGAS is a real user login? LMAO!!!

I thought for sure it was just someone poking at CO.

Sorry Avgas for any misunderstanding, and welcome to the site.

Looks like my evil twin is stalking the site. He's doing some reading.
Good because if you take a look at the tech section you will see blow up after blow up. All the yoyo's were running pump gas.
Back in the day every time I posted about AVGAS, Randman would swoop in like a Mustang on a Messerschmitt and try to gun down my azz. Then a few days later there would be another fire ball wilh a melted piston and everything.
I myself melted 9 pistons in a row until I switched to AVGAS. Several of those Engine never went more than 100 yrds --- no lie.
Think about this for a moment --- Honda only made the FL350 for one year - hummm. What genius thought it was a good idea to put an air cooled Engine behind a seat ?? This lack of air flow elevates the fresh intake charge temp and this is gona cause detonation of pump gas. The oddy will run pump fuel but everything has to be kock on. Randman and very few others have been successful at it but if anything changes like air temp/humidity, elevation or a small seal leak you're ded. With AVGAS you can be out 50 pts on the jetting and still not melt an Engine.
Another deadly flaw is fuel flow rate. You MUST check your pump flow. You need about 4.5 oz in 10 sec.

Air filte
Thought some of you hear heads would notice the dual plug head with dual CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition).
Raise the compression a little and still lit the fire. With AV Gas of course
Surprised no one caught the"do tel more"TEL as in 110LL
Look at the compression for that motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )).
