I'm currently visiting and riding several spots in CA. Some I've been to before, some new to me. Occotillo Wells, Superstition, Oceano, San Gabriel, so far. Really having a blast. Anyway I came across a book that I've found very interesting and helpful during this trip. NOT AN ADVERTISEMENT. It's been handy so I just thought worthy of mention. Check out Guide to Southern Ca Backroads and 4 wheel drive trails by Charles A Wells. I've been renting quads, bikes, a vw buggy, and a rzr 800. So I've been riding junk. But someday soon will return with my own toys. |
