Not exactly Pilot or Odyssey but I know others have bikes, quads and 3 wheelers so thought I would drop this here.

The pegs on my 83 ATC250R are well worn so I did a little tune up on them whilst I was tuning up the skid plate.

The pegs are spring loaded so if you his something they can flex back, in this pic the tabs marked by yellow arrows wear into the body of the pegs so I gave them a little zap with the mig welder blue arrows to build up the area where they are worn.

Also the teeth on the pegs is well worn so I gave them all a little build up with the welder, gave my kid a file so he can bring them back to a point.

Poor skid plate has been removed and beat back with a hammer countless times, I had to add a piece of metal on one side because it was in so bad of shape heh.

While we are on the subject, I saw another footpeg trick while reading the latest edition of QUAD Magazine. Since all thge rage in footpegs now a days is the "double wides" they suggest you take a spare set of footpegs and weld them along side your stock footpegs thereby giving you the same result at a fraction of the cost.

Yeah, The mounts for mine are all boogered up from there not being one there for years.

I think I have a DID 520 x ring chain on my airfoola right now. I'm considering trading off my old airfoola for a atc250sx for the old lady. I may try and track down a 200x roller and throw a motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) out of one of the ATC200 family to make here an AutoX w/ good suspension.

I think the 350X and the 83/84 R footpegs have different mounts. I will go out and have a look at my R and the X and see if they are the same
