Cheap quick and dirty Mid Skid By hoser.. One of my best innovations keeps 90% of the crap off the clutches (experimental).

I added a mid skid plate that goes between the seat and over part of the stock rear
Honda skid plate to help fill the gap between the Engine and seat keeping more
sand, dirt and mud off the clutch and belt system , most is throw up by the front
tires when your turning, most frames you can see where the paint is chipped off the
frame and skid.

Why not fill the gap where the seat is exposed as well?

Why fill it?

Adds more weight

Stock seat is already a skid plate

Not enough gets by the sides where the seat is to matter

I can adjust and remove the seat just as fast and easy as any stock Pilot without a mid skid.

I remove my seat after every ride trip, dunno how people inspect and service their Pilots after a ride trip without removing the seat, its the first thing to come out soon as its off the trailer.
