We never get any here but I am not located in town...

Birth rates in the entire country tanked for decades.
That's why we needed so much immigration.
Problem is that those who come here don't have any skills and don't integrate.
Some have skills but very very few.
It's probably the same in the USA. There are only so many burger flippers a nation needs.

Has your unemployment ever dropped to Zero? If not then you DO NOT need immigration, the country needs to figure out why people will not work and correct it. Remove the reasons they are not working, they will work.

If Canada is the place to be, and people want to come there to work, then how come your not selecting nothing but The Best Of The Best like sports teams, auto racers etc. does? In my profession only the Best Of The Best are accepted. IMO this should be the standard globally for any skill level job. Inspire people to be better, try harder, motivate them.

Yeah were winning we have a Fentanyl overdose every 5 minutes in America. How often you read about the Fentanyl epidemic in America.

After a dozen Covid deaths you heard "Put your mask on, get your Covid Vaccines and boosters" nonstop. How many bought that distraction. Silence has been coming from the Government and media since the Fentanyl crisis started. If we can FORCE someone to take a vaccine to keep their jobs, show proof of vaccination to enter a business, FORCE people to wear mask when out in public and ENFORCE all the aforementioned then eliminating Illegal Fentanyl USE would be a cake walk.

We did the Halloween thing at the daughters house in a neighborhood populated with kids running around on sugar highs. As for me I did not consume a single dose of candy, I get enough sugar in my daily diet.
