I combined these two since they are so close and the trails connect.
First is Parker AZ, the home of the Parker 400 off road race.
Best place to camp is outside of Parker on Shea rd you can pull off pretty much any place and camp FREE its all primitive camping. Here is a link to some info

Attached google file has trails I already rode in BLUE and the trails in RED are places I mapped on google earth to go back and check out the YELLOW trails are roads for sure I added them for a reference point.
The Lake Havasu area is also a GREAT place to came and ride, its all BLM lands, I stayed by Standard Wash area that is South of Havasu by about 3-5 miles on the East side of HWY 95

You will notice the file also contains data for the Lake Havasu area I think I found a route where you could ride from
Standard Wash to Parker I also mapped routes that takes you all the way from Parker North to Rt 40 and beyond but I am not sure if they are dirt roads or DNR trails you need to be street legal on roads even if they are dirt unless they are DNR roads.
Their appears to be a ton of trails North of 40 I am just guessing you could ride from Parker all the way up to the ArizonaStrip
