My initial thought is that's the right size tire and the tread looks to be a flat track style to me. I have looked at other tires on eBay and Amazon and they have speed ratings in the 30 mile an hour range so I don't know if they're going to start chunking like the tread would be coming off the tire and ripping off I'm not sure about the durability of a tire like that.
The durability with the weight of an odyssey would be a factor in my mind.

I'm getting my second covid-19 shot on the 21st so hopefully I'm not sick on the 22nd.
My brother has Kenda speed racer tires but I believe they're only 20 inches tall they're in that picture I posted next to my new ones. Knowing him he will definitely want taller wider tires like what I have so he may be wanting to sell those. He also has the same speed racer tires on his 350X but those are on a 9-in rim if you were looking to get a used set of tires and I have these 18s that are coming off my rims to put on these new Hoosiers when they arrive hopefully tomorrow.
But I know the 18-in ones really lose top end speed ....
Flat tracking is fun I haven't mastered the corners yet as far as the slide technique I feel it break loose a little bit and want to slide ..we're all still practicing

Maybe it's just me, but I would try the staggered setup. It's fun to experiment.

Here is an interesting article I found: https://www.bsbgofast.com/tires
Here is a post I made: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=17980&hilit=tire+pressure

Maybe you can fine tune your set up with the above info.
As for the fine line of compromise, you can calculate your speed difference with different tire sizes quite easily. It's just math.

Have fun --- that's the most important part of life.
I miss my racing days. Just got old and now I'm waiting for the end. Damn where did all the time go.

Well.... I ended up getting a set of 10x10 rims for the rear. I think I am going to get the same tires as you selected. I am not ready to start experimenting with offset tires just yet. This will be my first time racing flat track and just looking to get a feel for it and have some fun for now. If all goes well, maybe next season I would give it a try, or if you do it and start lapping me :-)

I will start a build thread soon on the work I am doing for my flat track racer.

Nice! On the 10x10 wheels.
I read the link above about stagger and although I understand some of the theory behind this, I don't think it's what I will be trying.
I don't think any of us with "stock" 350's will be lapping anyone.
The rotax Engine kid was not there last year...
My brother and I are fairly equal.
Good compression, no air box, V-Force reed block , carb adapter,PWK 38,DG pipe,102c, works rear shocks.
There's another guy that is fairly fast but he runs a mud tire that's taller so he's a little bit quicker on the top end. He has two machines He says he's getting a second machine running for his wife/girlfriend to run this year It was something about his head It was all air-cooled but his spark plug hole was larger and the plug was bigger but he wouldn't talk about that at all So I'm not sure what even spark plug he's running cuz he won't even show us He just said it was an e3 spark plug.

Yes, the wheels are used but I am hoping they will be useable with a little TLC. As of now I am just going to use a dirt tire up front. Is that what you are using? My oddy is going to be stock-ish like you and your brothers.

I have my work cut out for me to get this thing ready but I am making good progress.

Front tires can be mud type.. they don't care about steer axle tires.. I had that type last year.
The other riders really care about the drive tires making huge tracks and digging down... The track official loves the odyssey so he really doesn't care to much..
Just has to run, doesn't need to be perfect.. Just safe..
I'm going to check out another track this year also.. it's in winchendon ma.

Yes

Go, man, go!
I have that tire changer. It works good.
Rolling W Ranch is a nice track. A little dusty, though.
