Let's see how long (or even if) this repair lasts. At least its better than a large, dirt collecting hole in the boot. I found the replacement boot at the local Pep Boys for $4.99.

I used the same boot on both the front (upper and lower) and rears. Honda #53546-611-310. (from the Honda car dealer).

The front boot fit perfectly but they do not press on like the OEM, I had to glue them on.

For the rear the sealing area of the boot is larger then the original, but there are two machined areas on the rears. The boot fits perfectly on the larger machined area. (lip where the joint presses in)

I glued the boot on and they have held for about two years now. I'll put picture of the rears up tonight

If you do a search for "ball joint boot" there is a picture of my a arms with the boot installed.

Honda 53546-611-310 looks discontinued now wonder if measurments could be taken off the ball joint itself and a exact fitting boot bought here http://www.prothanesuspensionparts.com/Prothane-Ball-Joint-Dust-Boots.asp

Searching for that Honda part number returned this application?
SEAL, BALL JOINT - 1979 HONDA ACCORD SEDAN (53546611310)

Further searching Part#: 53546611310 returns this part http://www.hondapartswebsite.com/OEMPar ... 11310.html
