FL-400 Front End Kit By YODA .. Yoda's web site is here Providing Performance Parts for 1989-90 Honda Pilot FL-400 mini buggies and other Off Road Vehicles. This A-arm system moves the front wheels forward 1" and moves each front wheel outboard 2" for better stability at speed and in corners. The A-arms allow the use of stock shocks and stock replacements such as Fox 2.0 and Worx. Bolt-on upper shock mounts can be added which allow the use of Fox 2.0 and Bilstein 6100 long travel systems.This system is caster camber adjustable.

General Specs for A-arm system.
How They Are Made... Rod End Receivers are machined from 1" dia. steel bar and threaded for 1/2-20 Rod Ends.
Ball Joint Receivers are machined from 1" dia. steel bar and threaded for 16mm ball joints.
Machined parts are mounted to A-arm fixtures.
HRS 1018 steel - 3/4" sch. 40 (1.018"OD) tube lengths are cut and shaped to fit.

Parts are tack welded in place then removed from fixture for finish MIG welding.
After finish welding, arms are rechecked dimensionally & lower shock brackets are welded in place.
Arms are cleaned, primed and finish painted to complete the process.
TWO SHOCK OPTIONS FOR LONG TRAVEL SYSTEMS.
Fox 2.0 Air Shock.
Bilstein 6100 Coilover shock.
LONG TRAVEL UPPER BRACKET INSTALLATION.
Support vehicle. Remove front fenders & front shocks. Position white & black bushings as shown.
Install Long Travel Upper Bracket and secure with two 60mm long bolts.
Using the hole in the bracket as a guide, drill 13/32" hole thru the Pilot´s upper shock mount.
Install the shorter bolt, nut and washer and secure as shown.
Install long travel shock using bushings provided and reinstall fenders.
