| belt guard. it was rubbing on the brackets the whole thing needs to be wider, how much i dont know? how much does the belt deflect up and down in the middle? |

| here is how Ride now tried to fix the over heating by taking some of the black paint off the oil cooler. |

| and here is the diverter ATVR put in the radiator to fix the problem and they also rewired the fan so it didnt run backwards. |

Have you asked Redline this? I would email them the pics and ask...
I wonder if the clutches are not keeping the belt tight ALL the time, under certain circumstances if goes slack then the belt rubs the belt guard, looking at the rust on some of the fasteners you need to service the clutches and make sure they have plenty of comet lube in the right places. |
