CR250M factory racer cylinder, 34mm keihin PJ carb,clamp on-uni filter, DG
porcupine head, DG race pipe, CDI ignition retarded to 16 degrees,
powerbloc clutch, 32degree cam, new chaincase chain,
bearings, and seals, new crank bearings and seals, about 14 hrs on .020"
over genuine honda cr piston and rings, air scoops for engine, 1/4" nlyon
skid plate, 4 new ITP steel rims, new front tires, 1 new rear tire, clymer
service manual, neck brace, new engine mounts, gravity fed plastic fuel tank, new
recoil, new throttle and brake cables, completely rebuilt brake caliper.
Spare parts include: crank with exec. rod, 770 driven (for
1&3/16" belt), extra seat back, 30mm lectron carb (for stock cylinder
if you want to convert back for tamer kid friendly power), old front tires and
rims, other odds and ends.
If you want to convert back to the stock
fl250 cylinder for tamer power, all you need is to buy an intake manifold and
fl250 cylinder and and have it bored the same size (0.020" over) as the
piston I am running. The dg head will work with the stock cylinder as
well.
